We are looking to hire a talented remote Senior Bookkeeper based in Pakistan. We seek a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for financial accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role involves managing various bookkeeping tasks and ensuring financial records align with our company’s standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts and balance financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to streamline accounting processes.
- Stay current with industry practices, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Incorporate feedback to iteratively enhance financial reporting and record-keeping practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a strong portfolio of managing financial records.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
