We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, hiring new team members, and delivering successful projects within the given timeframe and budget.Location: Remote (must have separate room with good internet)
Responsibilities:
- Identify project requirements and plan project timelines and resources required to meet project objectives.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, and manage project risks and issues.
- Hire and onboard team members with the required skill set for the project.
- Develop and manage training plans to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete project tasks.
- Manage team performance by setting performance goals and objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive team culture and manage team dynamics.
- Track project performance against budget, timeline, and quality standards and report regularly to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and complete.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in hiring and managing teams, including developing training plans and conducting performance evaluations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
