We are looking for an Admin / Accounts Officer to manage the office and handle duties for upper management:

Duties may include:
  • Preparing invoices and purchase orders
  • Billing statements
  • Preparing and submitting sales tax returns
  • Managing customer ledgers
  • Managing inventory records
  • Working on special projects
  • Managing the office and supervising other staff members
  • Correspondence with customers and vendors
Requirements:
  • Must have working experience with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks.
