We are looking for applications from dedicated and motivated individuals for one of the Leading Bank of Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers over the phone to assist them with a wide range of banking inquiries and transactions.
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications
Multiple Language Proficiency
