- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve personal sales skills and knowledge about new products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales tactics as needed.
