Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing: Create compelling product listings on Facebook Marketplace, including high-quality images and detailed descriptions to attract potential buyers.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers through direct messages and comments, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the online marketplace, maximizing exposure and driving sales.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors on Facebook Marketplace to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing, including payment collection, arranging deliveries, and managing customer feedback.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of furniture products and design is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital photography and listing creation.
