Position Overview:
As the HR Manager and Administrator at Global Clinical Cura, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources operations. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support career development initiatives for employees.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and manage the performance review process.
Employee Engagement: Create and lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
Payroll and Compensation: Oversee payroll processing and manage compensation and benefits structure.
HR Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Workforce Planning: Develop strategies for workforce planning, including succession planning and talent mapping.
Office Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for employees.
