- Make outbound calls to potential clients. (90-100 Calls/day)
- Introduce our staffing services and gather relevant information.
- Identify and qualify leads for the recruitment team.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on warm leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and persistently.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.
Salary: 30k to 40k
Timing: 5 pm to 2 am
Requirements: Minimum internet speed of 30-40mbps with a good quality headset and laptop.
