- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders accordingly to prevent shortages.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Track and resolve any issues related to supplier performance or delivery delays.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
