Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art call center software to log customer interactions and provide timely and accurate information.
- Manage and coordinate call schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer service levels.
- Submit reports and maintain meticulous records for streamlined operations.
- Uphold a positive and professional image while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- NO experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but previous experience in a call center is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills for handling customer inquiries and concerns.
- Comfortable with high-volume phone communication.
Competitive salary:
- Earn a basic salary of 50,000 to 60,000 PKR.
