You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across digital and traditional platforms. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, optimizing e-commerce sales channels, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including platforms, as well as experience driving results through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share.
  • Define and oversee short-term and long-term marketing goals aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.

  Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms to measure campaign success and ROI.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to stay ahead of competitors.

Digital Sales and Conversion Optimization

  • Drive digital sales growth through effective management of e-commerce channels and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve customer journey and boost online sales.
  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Brand Management and Content Creation

  • Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen brand equity across all channels.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Lead storytelling efforts to create a compelling and consistent brand narrative.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, digital sales, and e-commerce teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities for team members.

Analytics and Insights

  • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, digital sales metrics, and marketing ROI to senior management.
  • Use data insights to continuously improve marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies based on performance and financial objectives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment of objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise

  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing performance on platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.) and e-commerce management platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies.
