We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Elevator Technician to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee and perform installation of elevators and escalators as per company standards and project requirements.
- Ensure alignment with engineering drawings and specifications.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, controllers, and cables.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues in elevators and escalators.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to address and resolve complex problems.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations during all operations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and company quality standards.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and hands-on training.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to meet deadlines and achieve client satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to supervisors and clients.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Elevator Technology.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably with premium elevator brands.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
