The Global Centre for Lifelong Education a New Zealand company, is building its marketing team of eight highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives. As a part of the home-based marketing team, your primary primary focus will be to attract conference participants through targeted email campaigns in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Receive a guaranteed sales allowance of 1,450 Pakistani Rupees per day (32,000 Pakistani Rupees per month based on 22 days of full-time work)
Opportunity to earn a total compensation of 96,000 Pakistani Rupees per month, inclusive of commissions and performance-based bonuses
Work flexibly from home on your own schedule
Opportunity for promotion to Team Leader with a guaranteed higher base pay of at least 3,000 Pakistani Rupees per day (or 66,000 Pakistani Rupees per month), commissions and bonuses
Work with a dynamic and growing international company

Training and Support:

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role
Ongoing company support and guidance

Required Qualifications:

University Bachelor's degree
Between 23 to 40 years old
Strong communication and social skills
Direct marketing, sales, and lead generation skills
Ability to connect with potential customers who are business executives through email and calls
Self-motivated and self-driven
Requires minimal supervision
Goal-oriented
Access to a personal computer, mobile phone, and the Internet
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word
