We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead / Supervisor with excellent leadership and communication skills to oversee our DME campaign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management and strong expertise in customer engagement, with prior experience in DME campiagn.

Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Campaign: DME

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Call Center Agents for the DME campaign.
  • Ensure team members achieve their set targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and evaluate call performance to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate team performance records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in a call center or sales environment.
  • DME sales experience.
  • Strong ability to motivate and manage a team in a night shift (7 PM - 2 AM).

Compensation:

  • Salary: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 120,000 per month, depending on experience.
