We are seeking a remote Immigration Specialist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a respected UK law firm while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing UK sponsorship license applications and maintenance
- Processing and assigning Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
- Handling various visa applications including:
- Skilled Worker visa applications
- Self-sponsorship visa applications
- Business expansion visa applications
- Providing expert guidance on UK immigration requirements
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting in our overseas recruitment drive for professional positions available in the job sector in the UK
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UK immigration processes and applications
- Excellent knowledge of current UK immigration rules and regulations
- Strong experience with sponsorship license applications and management
- Demonstrated success in CoS assignment and management
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) - Essential
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Experience with immigration compliance requirements

- Excellent remote communication abilities
- Strong self-management and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital collaboration tools
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination
Working Arrangements
Fully remote position
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (UK Time)
Compensation
Starting salary: PKR 150,000 per month
Performance-based salary increase after 3-month review
