We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Islamabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, selling products/services to new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable products/services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, and product development) to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the B2B Industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
