Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, driving results and maximizing ROI for our clients. You’ll work closely with our Advertising Manager to develop and implement effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Strategy: Create and execute SEM, Paid Search, and Paid Social campaigns. Use A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns from start to finish, optimizing KPIs like CTR, Quality Score, and Impression Share.
Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Ads and Analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports for clients and internal teams.
Client Communication: Understand client goals and tailor marketing strategies. Keep clients updated with regular progress reports and meetings.
Team Collaboration: Work with SEO, content, and design teams to develop integrated campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years managing Paid Search and Social Media campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI. Experience with conversion tracking is a plus.
Communication: Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
