Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on financial performance and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Liaise with external parties, such as auditors and tax authorities, to facilitate smooth audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
