Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:

  • Have a sound knowledge of on hand working on the processing of Boilers and Utilities.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering issues and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, resolve technical problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

2.  Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities.
  • Know about the E&I procedures and technicalities.

3. Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

4. Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates, highlight key issues, and present solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to facilitate collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between engineering, production, and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
