Key Responsibilities:
- Look after daily shrink film production activities, including setup, operation, and maintenance of shrink film machines.
- Ensure that shrink film products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Check routine maintenance and repair of shrink film machinery. Coordinate with the maintenance department for major repairs and upgrades.
