UI / UX Designer

Grab Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to enhance our digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of proven expertise in UI/UX design, specializing in crafting exceptional user interfaces for websites and applications. This role requires a highly skilled individual proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles and the mobile-first approach. You will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that not only meet usability standards but also align with our business objectives. While you will collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams, this position does not require you to manage a team.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing websites and digital interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Create custom SVG logos, icons, and other graphic elements to enhance brand identity and user engagement.
Implement responsive designs that effectively cater to a mobile-first audience, ensuring optimal functionality across various devices.
Utilize the 12-grid system to establish structured, coherent layouts that maintain consistency in design across different platforms.
Work with marketing and development teams to align design goals with the overarching business objectives, ensuring collaborative success.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and enable effective feedback from stakeholders.
Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to ensure all designs reflect contemporary aesthetics and functionality.
Verify that all designs adhere to usability and accessibility standards, promoting inclusive user interfaces.
Create and maintain a design system in Figma to streamline design processes and ensure consistency across all projects.
Gather and analyze user feedback to continually refine and iterate on designs based on user needs and preferences.
