We are looking for a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and designing technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software. This position requires strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of design and construction standards, and the ability to work efficiently within project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and designs for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate, efficient, and quality drawings.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in all drawings and plans.
- Revise and update existing designs as needed based on project changes or specifications.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, plans, and documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma or associate degree in CAD drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman, with proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, blueprints, and design specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in curtain wall systems, window detailing, or facade design is a plus.
- Familiarity with both 2D and 3D modeling.
