Key Responsibilities:

 

Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

Document Handling:

  • Organize, file, and maintain important documents and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency, including coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Financial Administration:

  • Support basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.

Project Assistance:

  • Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project progress and coordinating with team members.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. (Most Important)
