• Carry out the requirements for the Accountancy and Bookkeeping Services, and other financial services purchased by the college.
  • To provide a professional accounting and financial management service
  • Help in the budget preparation, budget forecasts, and closure of accounts processes of the campus.
  • Provide regular payroll and budget monitoring, financial control, and advice service.
  • Taking responsibility for entering the record of students’ fees.
  • Managing student’s fee installments record.
  • Managing payroll of campus’ teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
  • Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Securing financial information by completing database backups.
  • Verifying, allocating, post and reconciling transactions.
  • Preparing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results to head office.
  • Preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close process.
  • Maintaining digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger
  • Collaborating with admin officer for running smooth operations of the college. They need to contact parents for resolution of fee and other matters.
  • Handling queries related to fees and accounts.
  • Contacting students regarding pending dues.
  • Reviewing both incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Working closely alongside the management to ensure the delivery of comprehensive advice on financial strategies and projects
  • Supporting establishment and maintenance of a framework of accounting policies and internal financial controls
  • Taking responsibility for financial management and planning within the organization.
  • Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.

Candidate having previous experience working as an account officer at an education institution will be preferred.
