Oversee day to day operations of co-working space and ensure a clean and functional workspace.
Manage all sort of maintenance requests from the tenants.
Lead administration team including, janitorial, security staff to ensure well-maintained facility.
Ensure office building is in compliance with safety and security protocols.
Assist management team in onboarding new members, space allocation and access management.
Handle inquiries, complaints and requests from tenants effectively.
Maintain all sort of documentation record related to office building.
