Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception and Check-In:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms as needed.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Act as a liaison between the guests and various hotel departments, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance their experience.

Information and Recommendations:

  • Offer recommendations on dining, entertainment, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay informed about current hotel events, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Guest Engagement:

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, remembering repeat visitors, and acknowledging special occasions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or interactions to ensure guest satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain an accurate record of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback in the hotel’s management system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as booking reservations, coordinating with housekeeping, and managing guest accounts.

Maintain Professional Appearance and Behavior:

  • Uphold the hotel's standards for grooming and appearance.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications or training is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software systems.
