This will entail:

Implementing a ticket management system:

This system should allow users to submit tickets, track their progress, and receive updates once their issues are solved.

Enabling live chat support:

The app should have a built-in chat component to provide real-time support to users.

Building a knowledge base:

This should consist of FAQs, tutorials, tips and other self-help resources. It needs to be easily searchable and user-friendly.
