We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. This role plays a key part in building customer loyalty and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Participate in inventory counts and restocking activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
