Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Implement and monitor operational processes, making improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Analyze lead generation data and metrics to optimize performance.
- Research and identify potential markets and opportunities for expansion.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior staff within the operations department.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in operations management, with exposure to lead generation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
