Skills and Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the MS office suite.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years or more of proven experience in the HR field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of a broad range of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management policy, safety, hiring, and employee relations; ability to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
