HBL is looking to hire a Relationship Manager- Retail in Branch Banking Function who will be responsible for contributing towards overall achievement of branch sales targets, Liability deposit mobilization, deepen existing relationships, to acquire New as well as repeat business as per target assigned per month according to policies issued from time to time, while providing quality in service delivery through effective pro-active customer relationship management. In parallel to counsel customers on their financial needs to provide valued proposition, focus on customer engagement and channel migration
Job Details
- The bread-and-butter aspect of the role is to ensure that deposit / cross sell targets are achieved from new and existing customer’s portfolio.
- Achieving business growth as per agreed deposit & cross-sell targets from new and existing customers), net of attrition, on monthly basis, through proactive sales management & customer relationship management process.
- Developing a potential customer database for new liability and consumer finance business development
- Promoting the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to the customer base of the branch.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline(s)
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or relevant field(s)
