  • To guide and explain to Customers about services that are available on the digital platform and at Call Centre.
  • To ensure the diversion of Customers towards online Digital Channels resulting in a reduction in their physical visits at branches.
  • To provide Customers high level of Service explaining them the efficiency and security features available, convincing them to start using bank's digital platform to proceed with their financial transactions through these channels.
  • To educate customers for registering onto mobile banking, web banking, debit card, use of ATM, Raast and E-statement along with how to communicate Contact/ Call center for availing these services.
  • Familiarity with all the product features along with the system functionalities available on all the digital products of the Bank and contact center
  • Assist and guide Customers to utilize following services digitally.
