- Assist in overall Maintenance of production machine/equipments
- Coordinate with Production manager and ensure smooth running of Production machines/Lines
- Close Maintenance work request on daily basis
- Troubleshooting of mechanical problems in all machines
- Participate in Preventive maintenance activities
- Spare parts management
- Co-ordination with respective production Section Head for equipment maintenance
- Identification of training needs fo maintenance staff .
- Manage and control the break down of Assembly Lines equipment's.
- Any other departmental duty assigned by Maintenance HOD.
- Co- ordinate with MNT technical spare parts store for Issuance of Spare parts.
- Sustainability of Total Productive maintenance
- Sustainability of Autonomous maintenance
- Promote continual improvement in all equipment's processes .
- Monitoring of over all equipment's process at all stages and ensure smoothly production.
