- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all mechanical & electrical assets in plan.
- Schedule routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
- The implementation of TPM program creates a shared responsibiity for equipment that encourages greater involvement by technicians/workers.
- Keep detail record of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, usage history and reordering information.
- Implement a system to track the expiration dates of spare parts of critical components.
- Lead a team of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
- Provide guidance, trainings, and support to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
- Diagnose and address the mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical problem's.
- Evaluate existing high speed rotary machines for potential upgrades or modernization. Plan and execute projects to enhance efficiency and lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent issues and implement corrective actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address problems.
