A collection of relevant data from the customer service department.
Analysis of data as per the priorities and guidelines defined by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Analysis of customer complaints and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Preparation of monthly analysis reports.
Coordination with LQA/LQC and NPI.
Any other departmental duty assigned by the Manager of Quality Assurance.
Correspondence on behalf of the Quality Assurance Department.
Arrange meetings with CSD and other concerned departments to discuss the problems coming from the market.
Making budgets & calculating of market losses.
Coordination with other supporting departments.
Make an Annual Budget and a Business Plan.
Arrangement of internal audit as per ISO Guidelines.
Completion of the other tasks assigned by the Section Head & QA Manager.
