Execution of production plan ( Daily, weekly, Monthly) and submit a report to the production data analyst.
Update daily basis material status & share with data analyst.
To make rejection reports & coordinate with the LQC & LQA Team & remove rejections on a daily basis.
Control Production losses as per defined targets.
Coordinate with maintenance for equipment problem solutions, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Responsible for maintaining 6S as per defined layout.
Responsible for taking corrective action on processes based on quality feedback or any diversion with standards.
To follow the production time schedule and monitor UPH.
Responsible for maintaining quality during the process.
Material assurance on WIP for ensuring smooth production.
Responsible for parts rejection damage control and timely prepare NCER and shifting to its location.
Provide on-the-job training for newly hired workers.
Responsible for UPMH control.
End of the shift confirm to switch off the processes before leaving.
In case of any emergency inform the immediate Head.
