- Execution of production plan ( Daily, weekly, Monthly) and submit a report to the production data analyst.
- Update daily basis material status & share with data analyst.
- To make rejection reports & coordinate with the LQC & LQA Team & remove rejections on a daily basis.
- Control Production losses as per defined targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment problem solutions, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining 6S as per defined layout.
- Responsible for taking corrective action on processes based on quality feedback or any diversion with standards.
- To follow the production time schedule and monitor UPH.
- Responsible for maintaining quality during the process.
- Material assurance on WIP for ensuring smooth production.
- Responsible for parts rejection damage control and timely prepare NCER and shifting to its location.
- Provide on-the-job training for newly hired workers.
- Responsible for UPMH control.
- End of the shift confirm to switch off the processes before leaving.
- In case of any emergency inform the immediate Head.
