- Follow up on tasks assigned during meetings to ensure timely completion and effective execution.
- Collect and compile data for upcoming meetings to support stock management decisions.
- Plan and execute weekly stock take meetings with relevant Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and management.
- Conduct variance analysis after stock take activities, identify discrepancies, and implement adjustments with SBUs and management.
- Lead weekly overage material meetings with management and coordinate with PPMC Heads, R&D, and Quality teams to address overage issues.
- Ensure that execution plans are followed through by conducting regular follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for each weekly session to maintain alignment and track progress.
- Manage monthly stock take execution, including conducting GAMBA visits for stock verification, overseeing physical stock counts, data punching, and evaluating stock take activities for continuous improvement.
