We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client visits to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings.
