We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic call center team. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to create a positive experience for each caller while meeting call-handling targets and achieving performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products or services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call duration, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
  • Follow company protocols and scripts to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Education: Intermediate or Higher

Experience: Fresh or Experienced

Language: Urdu
