Technician

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician with experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to understand equipment issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of parts and tools.
Assist in the installation of new kitchen equipment and ensure proper setup and calibration.
Provide training and support to kitchen staff on the proper use and care of kitchen equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to kitchen equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair or related field preferred.
Minimum [X years] of experience as a kitchen equipment technician, preferably in a QSR setting.
Strong knowledge of various kitchen equipment and their operation.
