• The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the different project’s activities and tasks assigned to attain the goals and objectives of the project.
  • The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project work-plan performance and participating in project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and program development.
  • With guidance from the senior management, initiate planning for the project (Operational Planning, Budgeting)
  • Participating in developing project proposals and project documentation.
  • Assist senior management to develop work plans with partners if necessary
  • Responsible for supporting the program’s advocacy plan.
  • Establish monitoring and evaluation systems including indicators
  • Actively assist and participate in project events (meetings/workshops/training)
  • Undertake other program administration tasks as and when necessary
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Participate in Project review
  • Participate in Planning for transfer/transition of achievements
  •  Participate in designing research/study, collecting analyzing data, and translating document research findings together with other project team members, partners, and consultants etc

Selection Criteria and Qualifications:

  • Master in Social Sciences/MBA or relevant degree will be preferred.
  • 5 years experience in relevant field/development sector.
  • Monitoring and evaluation skills are desirable; 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail,
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate via writing, and interpersonal interactions; 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with community organizations, government officials, corporate executives, the general public, and staff; 
  • Professional English Language skills, especially in report and proposal writing; 
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
