Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all solid waste management activities.
- Develop and implement an effective plan for waste collection, transportation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Foster partnerships with local governments, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in waste management or public utility operations
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Experience with government contracts and public-private partnerships is an advantage.
