1. Responsible for submission / verification of IPC claims and variations.
  2. Reconciliation of subcontractors and suppliers’ bills.
  3. Responsible to prepare and submit the interim payment certificate and to get it verified from consultant.
  4. Accountable for submission of IPC’s for verification to the client for payment process.
  5. Responsible to check the request /work done record on daily basis.
  6. Preparation of demand of Material.
  7. Answerable for reconciliation of material. Actual vs. estimated and their submission on time.
  8. Coordination with client regarding the submission and verification of IPCs
  9. Preparation and verification of subcontractors’ rates according to the budgeted cost.
  10. Responsible for submission of shop drawings from time to time as per requirements of client and consultant.
  11. Coordination with the planning department for daily, weekly monthly progress reports submission to Head Office.
