We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Call Center Agent for the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will excel in managing both inbound and outbound sales opportunities, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving high sales conversion rates. The role involves using advanced client-handling tools and techniques, engaging in product promotion, and executing effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies. A strong focus on follow-up and achieving overall performance targets is essential. Proficiency in English and exceptional communication skills across phone, email, and WhatsApp are required.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in a call center or sales environment, preferably within the Middle East market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and proficiency in phone, email, and WhatsApp interactions.
  • Strong sales acumen with expertise in client handling, product promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Ability to leverage product and market training to drive sales and client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving high sales conversion rates and ROI.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and a focus on closing sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with call center tools and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern market dynamics and client preferences.
  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Middle East market is a plus.
