Join our dynamic construction company as an Accounts & Finance Manager, where you will oversee financial operations, project budgets, and cost management. We are looking for a finance professional with experience in the construction industry who can handle multiple projects, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project-wise budgets, cost tracking, and financial planning
- Manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Ensure proper handling of invoices, payments, and contractor accounts
- Oversee bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax compliance
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is required
- 8-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar industry

- Strong understanding of construction project costing & financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
