The Network/IT Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our facility, which includes 85 CCTV cameras, 1 internal server, around 20 laptops, 5 desktops, and a 25 Mbps internet connection. This role is crucial in ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our technology systems to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor CCTV systems and ensure optimal performance and security.
Oversee and maintain the internal server, ensuring data integrity and uptime.
Provide technical support for approximately 20 laptops and 5 desktops.
Troubleshoot network issues and maintain a stable internet connection with a bandwidth of 25 Mbps.
Implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to secure data and network access.
Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and support as needed.
Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance network and security systems.
Experience managing CCTV systems and understanding their security protocols.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
