BIM Draftsman
- Develop and modify 2D and 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate model integration.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols.
- Coordinate and resolve clashes between various disciplines.
- Assist in maintaining BIM libraries and templates.
- Generate schedules, reports, and documentation from BIM models.
BIM Modeller
- Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Work with project teams to develop accurate and coordinated models.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts using clash detection tools.
- Follow Australian BIM standards and project requirements.
- Update models as per design changes and construction progress.
