You will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients while providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves performing front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical system.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Process billing, insurance verification, and payments as needed.
Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred or required depending on state regulations.
Previous experience in phlebotomy and/or front desk reception preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including electronic medical records (EMR).
Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures is a plus.
