• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit to Health Plus Distributors.
  • Attempt to resolve the problems by proposing solutions to customer inquiries.
  • To make sure that the complaints are valid and must do whatever they can within bounds of their authority to make sure the customer is satisfied.
  • To verify the accuracy of appointments from customers and route them to their respect departments.
  • Initiates required action for reporting to relevant departments.
  • Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc.
  • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Keep records of all calls.
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
  • Understand and appropriately use the company policies.
  • To provide information regarding departments.
  • To guide customers to the concerned departments.
  • To send all IT reports to companies.
  • To manage returns through contact with customers, suppliers and sales team.
  • To receive all incoming mail and handover to the doorstep to the concerned person.
  • Communicates, implements and interprets client service policies and procedures with clients, client service personnel, and with other departments.
  • To maintain return record.
  • To monitor CCTV.
  • To keep a record of visitor’s details
  • To monitor and keep record of Gate Passes.
  • To supervise the house keeping staff.
  • To monitor and control the returns
  • To share reports of front desk on daily basis.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
